How to Delete Your Account and Data
You have full control over your data. This guide explains how you can delete your account and all associated data from our platform.
Account Deletion
You can delete your entire account and all associated data by following these steps:
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to your account
- Click on your user profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Select "Privacy" from the dropdown menu
- Click on the "Delete Account" button
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Important Warning:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile and personal information
- All campaigns created by you
- All posts and drafts
- All social media connections and tokens
- All generated content and AI conversations
- Any subscription information (though payment records may be retained as required by law)
Data Retention After Deletion
When you delete your account:
- All personal data is permanently removed from our active systems
- Backups containing your data may exist for up to 30 days after deletion
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained
- Data shared with third-party services (like social media platforms) may persist on those platforms according to their own data retention policies
Additional Data Management Options
In addition to full account deletion, you can also:
- Disconnect individual social media accounts from your Settings - Social Accounts page
- Delete individual posts or campaigns
- Request a copy of your data by contacting support
