How to Delete Your Data

At Fireship.ai, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your account and all associated data. Follow these steps to request data deletion:

Option 1: Delete via Account Settings

1. Log in to your Fireship.ai account
2. Navigate to Settings in the desktop application
3. Go to the Account section
4. Click on "Delete Account" or "Delete My Data"
5. Confirm the deletion request

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

You can also request data deletion by sending an email to our support team:

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your account email address
• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
• Confirmation that you want to delete all your data

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete:

• Your user account and profile information
• All campaigns and agent configurations
• Social media account connections
• Generated posts and media
• Chat history and conversations
• Payment and billing information
• All other personal data associated with your account

Note: Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as required by law. This includes transaction records for accounting purposes, which are typically retained for 7 years.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Facebook Data Deletion

If you have connected your Facebook account to Fireship.ai, you can also delete your data through Facebook:

1. Go to your Facebook Settings
2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
3. Find "Fireship.ai" in the list
4. Click "Remove" to disconnect your account

This will remove the connection between your Facebook account and Fireship.ai, but you may still need to delete your Fireship.ai account separately to remove all stored data.
